Stats. 62.(2)(3) and 60.22(3). 1. Definitions: The following terms shall have the following meanings A.  Blighted Property shall mean real property on which is located structures which are not inhabitable because of deterioration or other causes or property which has been declared uninhabitable by appropriate health officials. B.  Trash shall mean any motor vehicle, lawn or garden implement, household appliance, or fixture, trailer, travel trailer, or similar item which is not in working condition. C.  Junk Motor Vehicle means a motor vehicle that is incapable of operation or is a source of parts or scrap, unless for licensed business. D.  Privacy Fence shall mean a fence constructed of wood (minimum of 6 feet high) with finished side facing out contiguous of other properties and opaque. 2. No owner, lessee, or occupier of any real property in the Town of Athelstane may permit that property to become blighted property or cause or permit trash to accumulate on that property for a period of more than 90 days.
