Stats. 62.3(2) (3) and 60.22(3). 1. WHEREAS, the Athelstane Town Board, in cooperation with the towns of Amberg and Silver Cliff agree to participate in the preparation of the Multi-Jurisdictional Comprehensive Plan for the general purpose of guiding and accomplishing coordinated, adjusted, harmonious development within Marinette County and the Towns of Athelstane, Amberg and Silver Cliff.; 2. AND WHEREAS, the Athelstane Town Board, acknowledges the requirements of Wisconsin s Comprehensive Planning Legislation including the adoption of the plan (s.66.1001, Stats.), the benefits of comprehensive planning, and funding that would be awarded by the Wisconsin Department of Administration to financially assist the towns in preparation of the comprehensive plan; Page 1 of 2 3.
